Late is $12.00 CAD in Canada, 20.00 CAD in USA, $25.00 CAD in Europe, UK. 

• Orders are shipped on same day for orders placed before 12pm and shipped on business days only. Please allow additional 2-5 business days for delivery in Canada and 5-10 business days internationally. 

. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm will be shipped the next business day. The delivery time does not include any public holidays or weekends

• Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery address provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has been shipped out.

Returned packages

If any package gets returned to us by the carrier there is a reshipping fee of $9.99 +2.99 CAD ( handling fees)

RETURN POLICY

GeVi Beauty does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. Please do a patch test on all our products before using. We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with the original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order  with an authentic receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded or credited.  Haircare, skincare, feminine hygiene products will not be refunded, exchanged or credited under any circumstance due to hygienic reasons. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned/exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping. 

Shipping  costs cannot be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with the return or re-shipment of the items. Customer's that refuse delivery of orders are responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping.

 If the returned order qualified for free shipping, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customs, import fees and import restrictions

If you're ordering from US , your order may be subject to customs and import duties. GeVi Beauty has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You may contact your local customs office for more information on the current charges. Some countries may restrict the import of certain items. Please contact your local customs office if you are unsure.
