Returned Packages
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier, there is a reshipping fee of $9.99 CAD + $2.99 CAD (handling fee).
RETURN POLICY
GeVi Beauty does not allow returns or exchanges on any opened, unsealed, or used products unless you have experienced an allergic reaction. Please do a patch test on all our products before using.
We will exchange or refund a product if it has not been opened, damaged, or used. All returned items must be in the original condition with original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order, with a valid receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Haircare, skincare, and feminine hygiene products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or credited due to hygienic reasons.
We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from returns/exchanges that had qualified for free shipping.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return or re-shipment fees.
Customers who refuse delivery are responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping.
If a returned order had qualified for free shipping, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Customs, Import Fees & Restrictions
If you are ordering from outside Canada (e.g., USA or Europe), your order may be subject to customs and import duties. GeVi Beauty has no control over these charges.
